I'm still ready to help you with your Sussex County NJ real estate questions -
Even if this total surprise still has my head spinning!
Hey all!
I just thought i would share Irene Kennedy's success as a rainmaker in her first month of blogging! See the google screen shot below and she is in the top 5! Way to Go Irene! This goes to show that with persistance, and determination you can get the results you want as a Rainmaker!
Look at this Activity! Great Job Irene!

Good for you. That's awesome. My next learning curve is to learn how to do a screen shot!
Irene - I just noticed you don't post to any groups. any reason? You will be seen by a lot more people at AR if you post to groups that you like.... you can post in 5. You are such a clever writer, you need to be shared more. If you haven't done it, just go cruise some groups, join, then post away.
Thanks for your very kind words and encouragement, Sally. As this is just a repost of Joel's original, I didn't put in groups.
Hardly a technie, I learned not long ago how to do "screen shots."
Probably on the top line of your keyboard you have Prnt Scrn. Hit that button. Nothing seems to happen but you've just copied your entire screen. Open any photo-type software - Microsoft Paint is a basic one on most PCs. Then paste. (I use the Ctrl V fast-paste but you can also do it from the Edit, Paste menu options.)
Voila! You now have a photo of what had appeared on your screen. Cropwill elimate the bits you don't want to keep.
If you'd like, call me sometime when you're at your computer and I'd be glad to talk you through it.
Awesome... that all makes sense. I've just recently gone back to a mac, although still have to use my pc for the MLS for awhile. My Mac used to do it so easy. All within what ever program I'm working on. But I can't remember how to do it where I only capture the part I want. Hadn't though of going into a photo edit software. Duhhh....
That's what friends are for, Sally!
